1.1. The website available at the address https://www.hunt- branding.be (hereinafter called the "Website") is operated by and is the property of hunt branding agency bvba, with VAT number 0715.498.625 with its registered office at Wagenmakersstraat 37A, 8500 Kortrijk, Belgium.
1.4. We are responsible for the processing of your personal data. As controller, we take all appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that the processing complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27th 2016 (hereinafter "GDPR"). The employees of hunt who have access to your personal data have the same obligation to comply with GDPR.

2. Our contact data
3.1. Hunt processes your personal data communicated by you on or via the Website only for customer management purposes, including contacting you, administration, orders, performance of an agreement, invoicing and follow-up.
3.2. Your personal data can also be used for direct marketing purposes. This is the sending of commercial information about our services.
3.3. The processing of your personal data on or via the Website is not the subject of so-called “automated individual decision making”, including profiling. 5. What data?
5.1. We also process the following data: device data, log file data such as the IP address, browser and operating system, the external website that you have referred and the pages you have visited on the Website (and the date and time of the pages you have visited). This data is processed automatically (even without any registration), only for statistical purposes in order to further improve the website of hunt.
6. Where? How? And for how long?
6.1. Your personal data is stored on a secure server, see article 9.
6.2. We will not store your personal data for longer than necessary to achieve the objectives set out in article 3. In this respect, we can keep your personal data for some time. We will in any case not store your personal data for more than 2 years after termination of the agreement with hunt.
7. Your rights
7.1. You have the right to request us:

- improvement (rectification) or deletion (erasure) of your personal data;
- limitation of processing that relates to you.
7.2. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. You can object at any time and free of charge to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing.
7.3. You have the right to transfer your personal data to another controller.
7.4. If the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. However, withdrawal of your consent does not work retroactively and does not affect the legality of the processing on the basis of your consent before it is withdrawn.
7.5. You have the right to file a complaint with the Privacy Commission / Data Protection Authority.
7.6. The exercise of the above rights depends on the requirements and conditions as stipulated in the GDPR.

8. Our obligations
8.1. We take all appropriate measures to ensure a level of security that is tailored to the risks for the protection of your personal data.
